he/him/his

Specializations: Trauma, Grief and Loss, EMDR, IFS

Aaron is passionate about working with individuals and families who are struggling to cope with hardships, life stressors, and traumas. Aaron’s enthusiasm for learning about healing modalities has led him to pursue several specialized models of therapy through workshops and consulting. He now assists in training other therapists in these modalities as well. As a mixed race and Asian American therapist, Aaron strives to hold space for the unique identities, lived experiences, and emotions of each person he meets. He believes that life’s challenges can leave us feeling overwhelmed, alone, and vulnerable at times. He strives to meet people in the midst of their suffering and vulnerability and supports them in healing and returning to their innate wholeness. He draws deep compassion from his own experiences of healing and years of working with diverse populations.
